30th June 2012 – Raleigh Big Electric Bike Ride
We have run several of these test ride days with Raleigh and have always been very popular with customers as it allows them to try the bikes side by side over a really good 5 mile course. Each ride is accompanied with Lloyd Clarkson, head of Raleigh Electric Bikes in the UK , and one of our staff so all your questions and queries can be answered on the spot. You will get a chance to see some of the best views in Bristol while putting the bikes through their paces.
We are closing Britain's steepest shopping street - Park Street, Bristol - to hold an E Bike Festival – right in the centre of the city! It's aimed at showing off electric bikes to the public and press alike - on one Big Day!

Atmosphere and Bristol's Bike Festival
7th September 2010
The Gauntlet’s down – Can Atmosphere help Bristolian’s conquer Park Street ‘Mountain’ with a Wisper E-Bike?
Residents and cyclists in Bristol who have previously tried to tackle the Park Street steep incline on a push bike are usually defeated - often seen ‘walking’ their bikes towards the top of the ‘mountain’. Throughout the Bristol Cycling Festival, local e-bike retailer, Atmosphere, are laying down the gauntlet and challenging locals to overcome this daily obstacle on their ‘Electric Shocks’ circuit using an e-bike.
