5. No contract to supply shall exist if your order has not been confirmed by email, Atmosphere Electric Bikes cannot be held responsible for the non arrival of emails for reason outside their jurisdiction
6. Items can be returned within 7 days if completely unused and in perfect condition. Refund, less costs incurred and any subsequent charges, will be given on satisfactory return of goods
7. We ask above all that you have fun and take care when doing anything – well almost anything
